What a guided session involves
At the heart of every session is the ancient art of leaf whisking, using birch and oak whisks to guide guests through a structured thermal journey. Each session draws on the philosophy of löyly, the sacred steam, alongside the therapeutic properties of plants and trees, natural aromatics, essential oils, incense, sound, and botanical body scrubs.
Sessions are themed around the seasons, the elements, or the moon cycle, with every detail considered and curated in advance. I manage the heat, the steam, and the pace of the experience throughout, holding space for guests in a way that feels safe, authentic, and genuinely transformative.
Sessions run from one hour to 90 minutes and are shaped around your space, your guests, and what you want the experience to feel like.

Visiting Sauna Master
If you have your own sauna, I come to you. I work with sauna venues, spas, wellness retreats, glamping sites, and private event spaces to offer guided sessions for your guests using your existing sauna infrastructure. Everything else I bring with me.
This is a flexible and low-effort way to add a premium, practitioner-led experience to your offering, without any additional equipment investment on your part.
Pop Up Sauna and Guided Experience
No sauna? No problem. I can bring my own wood-fired pop up sauna tent to your location, alongside a fully guided session. This is ideal for outdoor events, corporate wellness days, retreats, festivals, and private hire occasions where you want to offer the complete experience from scratch.
The two can also be combined for larger events or multi-day programmes.
