Barefoot & Bower is a peaceful woodland retreat tucked away in the Gloucestershire countryside. Set among ancient trees, the site is home to two spring-fed lakes, each over an acre in size. Our sessions take place beside the lower lake - a quiet, secluded space reserved for wild swimming and sauna experiences.

This is a truly off-grid location where you can slow down, reconnect with nature, and find a deep sense of calm. Expect birdsong, forest air, and the gentle hush of water - it’s the perfect place to immerse yourself in contrast therapy and stillness.
