I guide your group through a structured thermal journey, moving through rounds of heat, rest, and cooling with intention and care. Throughout the session, I weave in the art of löyly, the sacred steam, alongside natural aromatics, incense, leaf whisking, botanical body scrubs, and thoughtfully prepared refreshments, all chosen to complement your chosen theme.

The Kindred Journey is a private guided sauna experience for couples or close friends. Everything that makes The Glow Gathering so special, distilled into an experience built entirely around two people. I guide you through a carefully curated thermal journey, drawing on the art of löyly, natural aromatics, incense, leaf whisking, and botanical body scrubs, with handcrafted refreshments woven throughout.
Together we'll agree your theme at booking: a season, an element, a moon phase, an anniversary, or any moment worth marking, and every detail of your session will be crafted around it.

The most intimate experience I offer. Ninety minutes devoted entirely, and only, to you.
The Complete Solace is a deeply personal guided sauna experience for a single guest. A full thermal journey followed by an individual hands-on whisking treatment, carried out with complete and undivided attention. You'll move through the heat at your own pace, guided gently through each round before settling into the most personal element of the session: lying down in the warmth as I work with leaf whisks to bring the experience to its fullest depth.
Natural aromatics, incense, botanical body scrubs, and carefully prepared refreshments accompany you throughout, all chosen to complement the theme you've selected.
