Saturday mornings at The Real Outdoor Experience is all about a refreshing start to the weekend with a dip in the waters of their Cotswold lake.

For the last Saturday of each month enjoy the remote tranquility of a swim in the Glade area – away from the hustle and bustle and surrounded by nature, paired with a restorative session in the sauna. or alternating between the lake and the sauna for the ultimate wild contrast therapy experience.

YOU MUST HAVE ALREADY BOOKED A SEPERATE SWIM SESSION FOR THE GLADE SWIMS ON THE ROX WEBSITE HERE TO BE ABLE TO BOOK AND USE THE SAUNA.

Be respectful
Leave no trace and be mindful that there may be people camping on the site, so be respectful of noise etc. Please close all gates behind you.

Health and safety
You will be prompted to sign a waiver on booking your session.
